Upload Media (Video and Audio)

/openapi/v2/media/upload

Upload exactly one file or file_url using multipart/form-data. Video: mp4/mov/webm. Audio: mp3/wav/m4a/aac. Downstream endpoints impose their own duration, codec, dimensions, and file-size limits. Let the client create the multipart boundary.
